What will you do as a Supply Chain Operations Director at Sealed Air?:
As a Supply Chain Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the Integrated Fabrication Systems (IFS) manufacturing network across Juárez, Chihuahua, Guadalajara (Mexico), and Austin and Nashville (U.S.), reporting to the Executive Director, General IFS Supply Chain. Your mission will be to drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, zero incidents, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on process automation.

You will be expected to establish robust process controls across inventory, production targets, and customer deliveries, ensuring effective communication with business leaders, integration of best practices, and alignment of the supply chain with a competitive business environment.

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across the IFS plant network, ensuring alignment with business strategy, production targets, and operational excellence standards.
- Own order fulfillment and distribution performance, including outbound logistics, exports, and on-time delivery to customers.
- Drive strategic and operational procurement, including sourcing execution, inbound logistics, and import processes to ensure supply continuity.
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process and develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in close partnership with supply chain and business leaders.
- Oversee and develop plant teams, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
