We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of machinery and facilities. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring that all work is carried out to safety and quality standards.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING




- Supervise and execute the weekly maintenance plan, ensuring personal and team safety.
- Reduce downtime and ensure production plans are met through effective preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to create and execute preventive maintenance plans.
- Develop and manage critical parts files, layouts, maintenance programs, and inspection lists.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts in SAP, ensuring necessary stock levels.
- Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resources, tools, and spare parts.
- Provide operational support for equipment testing, cleaning, and line start-ups.
- Monitor and follow up on work orders generated in previous shifts.
- Complete daily checklists and generate necessary alerts for effective follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: At least 2 years in industrial m
