The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative who thrives in a structured, goal-oriented environment and takes full ownership of their results. This role is the first point of contact with customers nationwide and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding access to high-speed internet services.

This is not just about making calls — it’s about owning the full customer journey and consistently delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Do (Accountability & Measurables):
In this role, you are accountable for driving conversions and managing your pipeline with discipline. A typical week includes:
- Executing a high volume of outbound calls using primarily company-provided leads.
- Conducting light prospecting efforts to identify and generate additional opportunities when needed.
- Communicating with clarity, confidence, and strong verbal fluency in both English and Spanish to engage prospects and build trust quickly.
- Identifying customer needs and creating a sense of urgency and need for the service,



guiding them toward the best solution based on value.
- Clearly explaining products, benefits, and options so customers fully understand and feel confident in their decision.
- Owning the entire customer lifecycle, including:
- Initial outreach and qualification
- Needs analysis and solution alignment
- Closing the sale
- Post-sale follow-up and onboarding support
- Ongoing relationship management to drive retention, upsells, and referrals
- Maintaining a strong and organized pipeline in the CRM, ensuring no opportunity is lost.
- Consistently following up and moving prospects forward — no dropped leads.
- Hitting and exceeding clearly defined weekly and monthly sales targets (scorecard-driven performance).
- Continuously improving through feedback, training, and performance tracking.
