About the role
The Web Production Designer supports the creation and delivery of Salesforce web experiences across product, campaign, and industry teams on Salesforce.com .



This role focuses on turning approved briefs, content, and creative direction into accurate, production-ready web designs and assets. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Figma, understands modular web systems and CMS constraints, and has experience working with website UI.

A successful Web Production Designer can take a project brief and creative direction and independently turn it into polished, technically accurate, web-ready work with minimal rework. The role requires strong design judgment, but its primary focus is execution, consistency, scalability, and production excellence .

What you will do
Build and maintain production-ready web page mockups in Figma.

Translate briefs, wireframes, content matrices, and creative direction into complete page layouts.

Create and adapt product UI imagery, feature graphics, marquee assets, and supporting web visuals.

Work within established Salesforce design systems, templates, components, and brand guidelines.

Prepare optimized web assets and final production files for implementation.

Review project inputs for completeness and flag gaps before production begins.

Maintain organized Figma files, source assets, naming conventions, and version control.

Partner with Art Directors, PMMs, copywriters, project managers, and web publishing teams to ensure accurate handoffs and efficient production.
