About the Role This role is responsible for managing the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resource function, focusing on Compensation Benefits, Recruiting, and HR Administration.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and compliance with employment laws, contributing to the organization s success.
Key Responsibilities Develop and administer various Human Resources plans and procedures for all personnel.
Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Implement and update the compensation program; review job descriptions and make recommendations as necessary.
Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, nonexempt, and temporary workers.
Establish and maintain department records and reports.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Develop and manage departmental budgets.
Administer and manage employee incentive programs.
Participate in the Quality Management System and environmental management system requirements.
Promote teamwork and risk-based thinking for process improvement.
Ensure the identification of environmental aspects in areas of responsibility.




Authority to stop or cancel any process that does not comply with organizational requirements.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of IATF *****, ISO *****, and ISO *****.
Experience in salary and benefit administration.
Proficiency in talent acquisition processes.
Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Expertise in Mexico Labor Law.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent relationship management and ethical practice skills.
