Supply Chain Development Manager

Responsible for the materials and supply chain strategy in the assigned customer business unit. This position includes responsibility for situational analysis, strategy development and guidance in implementation for the functional disciplines of supply chain development, procurement, planning and inventory control.

Responsible for leading the cross-functional coordination of On-Time Delivery(OTD), capacity analysis and planning (supports the SIOP process), proactive management of shortages, Supply Chain KPI reporting, and transparent communication for critical and strategic accounts. The SCDM will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations(Production Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping) to ensure customer requirements are accurately accounted for,



communicated, and delivered on time.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience, and 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations(preferably in a manufacturing capacity).

Experience in a Sheet Metal manufacturing environment highly preferred

Range Salary up to $145k per month with taxes, benefits about the law
