PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
- Recruitment and selection, personel orientation, follow up fpr the indirect and direct personel.
- Responsible for the compliance of the payroll process for the employees.
- Compensation and benefits administration acording to the established tabulators. (Benchmark)
- Analyzes turnover and/or absenteeism, proposes programs or implements systems to reduce it.
- Proposes and applies disciplinary actions in accordance with the RIT and the LFT, documents personnel and prepares the labor file, carries out dismissals and/or termination of contract with or without liability for the company.
- Integrates and follows up on the Training and Education Plan and Program.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety Commission and updating the corresponding folders.
- Establishes occupational risk prevention programs,



using statistics, graphs and reports for their measurement.
- Filling out forms for occupational risk IMSS and STPS, implements programs.
- Coordinates recreational and social activities for employees

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual 90% (must)
- Experience in TRESS systems (desirable)
- +5 years of experience in similar position
