The position

As our Concierge & Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping our guests have an unforgettable positive experience by making sure they have access to all the services and information they need to enjoy their stay while solving any on-site problems that might arise. Being friendly and welcoming is at the core of our DNA, this is why we commit to a hospitable, caring, and personal approach to “angel hosting”. We treat guests with the utmost care and thus ensure that our clients (property owners) obtain the best results from their short-term rental properties.
