About you
Essential duties and responsibilities:
*Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Map all current processes and familiarize with I2C practices
- Understand the role of each Bock/ FTE in the function
- Identify and propose best practices
- Find opportunity areas and improve current function
- Integrate individual I2C functions into one single team that supports the business units integrated in the IBS
- Deliver synergies resulting from the function integration
- Reduce over dues and improve overall I2C KPIs
- Mitigate risks
- Establish proper communication channels with all stakeholders (especially commercial & financial areas)
- Improve overall I2C function
- Improve compliance with all defined internal controls
Reporting & Network:
- Direct report: I2C Sr. Manager IBS
- Functional report: IBS Director
- GM & BU Directors
- IT team and other business functions (i.e., Commercial)
PROFILE:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Credit & Collections/ Accounts Receivable/ O2C-I2C
- Intermediate English & Spanish
- Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
- University degree in finance and/or accounting
- SAP
