Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Preform all necessary month-end close and database maintenance activities for the Volume Repository including user support and issue resolution
- Stewardship over all aspect of Volume Repository security: Role provisioning, addition/deletions, reviewing security groups, and performing security audits
Able to work with a high level of independent capability and initiative, while being able adjust daily workloads to shift for competing business priorities, to be able to finish assignments without undue supervision
- Able to root cause and perform ad hoc work arounds with little to no preparation to support requests and queries from respective volume business partners
- Ability to recognize patterns to anticipate and proactively avoid recurring symptoms from occurring further
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline processes and procedures to reduce close times
- Partner with business teams to understand and develop requirements for volume database enhancements. Develop, design,



and partner with IT to implement system solutions based on requirements
Lead all Volume Repository Parallel Testing with business partners by identifying key users and leading efforts to complete parallel testing efforts. Leading requires basic PMO abilities such as developing schedules, establishing kick off meetings, developing test cases, maintaining general office hours for support, and leading status updates with business partners
