Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its Electrical Sector in the Industrial Control Division. The Supply Chain Manager will be located in Juarez, Mexico and is the primary lead for managing the flow of materials into the facility, through the facility and outbound, in a way that maximizes on-time delivery while minimizing inventory and logistics cost.

The Supply Chain Manager will lead and drive the deployment of SCM strategic initiatives to manage the flow of materials across the value stream into the facility, through the facility and outbound, in a way that maximizes on-time delivery while

minimizing inventory and logistics cost. This needs to be accomplished by using standard processes and tools that are prescribed in OpA, MMA EBS, ESSG Materials Strategy. All of this work will be performed in and through the ERP system. The Supply Chain Manager will drive root cause and continuous improvement activities as part of daily process, and facilitate their team’s organizational development.
