This on-site position is based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
Relocation to Ciudad Juárez is required

Responsabilities:
1) To understand 2D and 3D models and drawings provided by customer

2) Complete knowledge of GD & T

3) Knowledge of critical dimensions and tolerances

4) Knowledge of 3D CAD and 2D CAD

5) Complete knowledge of making DFM and EDM manufacturing system

6) Reasonable knowledge of making Design changes

7) Part modelling and Tool elements

8) Steels, Alloy steels, Heat treatment & quality and selection of steels

9) Complete knowledge of electrode material, EROWA system and synchronisation

10) Having an experience of designing electrodes for over 5 years

11) Having complete knowledge of Mold size, Electrode size, weight calculations

12)



Having experience of every type of mould design

13) Experience in Set up and program directions

14) Having experience in ISO 9000 & IATF 16949 documentation

15) Design verification and improvements.

Qualifications:
1) Degree or Diploma in Tool engineering

2) Experience of 5 Years or more

3) English level - advanced
