Job Description About the Role

This is an in-person role in Querétaro with one Home Office day per week, idóneo for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, execution-focused environment and wants to see a direct impact on revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Execute demand generation campaigns tailored to specific healthcare audiences and buyer personas
- Plan, build, promote, and report on 1-2 webinars per month
- Maintain clean and accurate data within CRM and marketing systems
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations




- Research competitors and market trends to inform ABM and campaign strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams
- Support outbound efforts through campaign briefs and sales alignment
- Contribute to other marketing operations and demand generation tasks as needed

Qualifications Qualifications

Required
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a U.S.based B2B environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Tools & Platforms
- Salesforce CRM
- Webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Goldcast, or ON24
- Project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
