Job Purpose:
- Overseeing the general operations of the warehouse and its staff.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- General:
- Administrate human resources assigned to the warehouse. Follow up on their performance and development plans according to the area needs.
- Supervise warehouse staff and follow up payroll and multiform creation on a weekly basis




- Ensure every physical movement in the warehouse, has a backup transaction in the system
- Train new personnel and report any personnel needs in all areas
- Participate in the planning and logistic for the physical inventories (coordinate meetings as needed, material pre-counts, over time)
- Ensure material supply to production floor in a timely manner and monitor supply timings.
- Ensure 5Ss methodology is being followed in all the areas of the warehouse
- Implement QPSs in all areas of the warehouse and ensure all of them are reviewed / updated on yearly basis - or as needed.
- Time-out analysis and action plan implementation
- Coordinate any support needed with the carrier
- Preparation and documentation for internal / external audits.
- JCAPS report analysis to reprocess material transfer failures and ensure inventory accuracy
- Complete assigned LPA audits on a timely manner
