The Impact You'll Make:
As our Intern - Talent Acquisition (Corporate Functions), you’ll play a key role in supporting Danfoss’s mission to attract and engage top talent across our global organisation.

You’ll collaborate with experienced HR professionals across regions, taking ownership of administrative and sourcing tasks, and gaining valuable real-world experience in a global, learning-focused, and people-drivenenvironment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performadministrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Coordinatebackground checks and medical exams in line with internal processes.

What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolledin a university program with at least one year left before graduation.
- Advanced Englishskills (B2, C1, or C2 conversational level).
- Interestin HR, recruitment,



and people processes; previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detailand ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
