Requirements:
Professional Expertise:
- 3+ years in leadership roles within Student Success, Customer Success, or similar in education or fast-paced service industries.
- Proven track record of improving retention and engagement metrics at scale.
- Experience managing large, multicultural teams and scaling operations in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.




- Experience creating or managing successful referral programs is a strong advantage.
