We are searching for the best talent for MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR I

Purpose:
- To provide direct support to the manufacturing production lines. Ensures that the manufacturing process complies with its specifications and that the product meets material qualifications.
- Supervises production associates to meet production schedules in compliance with the Quality System, EHS and company policies while ensuring that human, capital and material resources are used effectively and efficiently.

You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership for daily manufacturing operations and ensuring established metrics (Production, Quality, Scrap and Cycle time) are met
