Bain has formalized industry and capability "Practices" that are integral to how Bain wins and delivers results to its clients. Together they form our [1] Product, Practice, and Knowledge ("PPK") team. The role of a Practice is to drive growth for Bain in a particular industry or capability together with offices, and boost Bain’s expertise and commercial excellence.




You'll be part of our Performance Improvement (PI) Practice, which is a general group that supports the Performance Improvement Capability vertical. Along with being one of the flagship practices at Bain, this practice is recognized within the firm as a passionate, energetic and innovative team. Within the PI Practice, you'll specifically belong to our Procurement Solution team.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
Practice Consultants play a critical role in Bain’s ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients. The Procurement Solution is one of the fastest growing solutions within Performance Improvement (PI), which is itself one of the largest capability areas within Bain. The current macro environment has led to a rapid increase in demand for PI solutions, including Procurement, where we work to provide answers on how to reduce 3rd party spend through a total cost of ownership approach and improve the resilience of
