Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies that increase awareness and credibility for Bain and our core solutions, in support of commercial objectives




- Develop an understanding of target audiences and key clients; find new and innovative ways to reach them e.g., through events, targeted advertising, speaking opportunities, influencer collaborations.
- Use data to develop performance insights; proactively monitor and analyze to make ensure activities reach key client decision makers. Make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends as well as marketing trends, in order to inform decision-making.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform the development and positioning of our expertise, as well as overall marketing approach.
- Become a regular user of Bain’s CRM system, understanding the core functionality and the insight it provides into target audiences.
- Execute highly impactful, cross-channel marketing campaigns in close collaboration with other marketing teams
- Create, update, and maintain foundational marketing assets such as webpages, partner profiles, and related materials
