Role:
- Plan and process the purchasing of materials, purchase order generation, track the delivery of new part numbers to assure receipt in accordance with production program requirements from approved requisitions. Assure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to supplier and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures to avoid material shortage.

What you will do:
- Plan the purchasing of assigned direct material and issue orders specifying all terms and conditions.




- Track the delivery of all items and keep order dates accurate in the system to react to past due supply chain orders.
- Place purchase orders and expedite delivery of materials to assure receipt in accordance with production program requirements form approved requisitions.
- Maintain purchasing and planning ERP order parameters.
- Establish professional relationships with suppliers and work closely with them to ensure good communication and up-to-date data alignment regarding MOQ’s and Lead times for assigned materials.
- Schedule agreements execution and data governance maintenance.
- Assure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures to avoid material shortages.
