Production Engineer Jr. - Recent Graduates

Manufacturing company is seeking high-potential recent graduates to join the team as a Production Engineer Jr., providing operational and administrative support to the production department.

Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León
Salary: Up to $24,000 MXN gross per month
Benefits: Above law benefits

Main Responsibilities
- Administrative support to production supervisors.
- KPI reporting and data analysis.
- Follow-up on purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor payments.
- Personnel incident control (attendance, overtime, vacations).
- Operational documentation control and organization.
- Preparation of reports and follow-up on action plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Intermediate-Advanced conversational English (required).:




- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
