What You’ll Do

As a Sales Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless purchase experience for our clients by accurately processing sales orders and supporting revenue-generating activities.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process and enter new purchase orders into the CRM system,



ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Track and manage sales orders from submission through fulfillment, ensuring no order is delayed or overlooked.
- Coordinate with internal teams and business center partners to support timely order fulfillment.
- Provide professional support to internal teams and external clients regarding order status and next steps.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services based on client business needs.
- Adhere to company processes, procedures, and quality standards while efficiently managing daily tasks and performance metrics.
- Use CRM and data tools to monitor performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Meeting Room, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client purchase experience.
