- Job Overview
- As a Customer Service Representative II, you will serve as a key contact and liaison between customers, field personnel, Marketing, Pricing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure their total satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, handling requests and providing the support needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner in a fast-paced environment. Act as the Hubbell leader to organize and prepare quotation proposals and review customer orders for acceptance. Coordinate technical, commercial, export, and import requirements. Provide support and back-up to field sales and customers on product needs. Be the first point of contact for Intercompany Customer Service.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Research and resolve Receivable issues, investigate and resolve issues related to return goods, credits, and warranties.

- Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within allotted time.
- Following up on customer questions and complaints to ensure resolutions.
- Interact with Intercompany Customer Sales, Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Quality, Pricing and Finance to identify and solve customer requests and issues.
- Shipments tracking from Manufacturing Plant to Distribution Center or Final Customer
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

- Bachelor Degre _(required)_
- 3 years in customer service role
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to effectively interpret and communicate information from ERP system
- Strong SAP user
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Positive
