You’ll join the Americas Accounting team within Bain’s Integral Financial Accounting function. This team manages core financial operations for our Americas offices and plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

you’ll handle a broad range of general ledger activities across multiple Bain offices in the Americas (US and Latam). You’ll play a key role in the month-end close process, partner with stakeholders across Finance, FP&A;, and HR, and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts. - Performing month-end financial close tasks, including preparing journal entries and reviewing workpapers.
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations across various areas.
- Leading analytical procedures such as month-over-month fluctuation analysis and financial reviews.
- Supporting the creation of monthly reporting packages for leadership.
- Coaching and training junior team members while supporting their development.
- Maintaining documentation and controls for accounting and reporting processes.
