The Role

Manage and resolve customer concerns related to parcel service performance and costs, ensuring timely support for internal Customer Success partners. You identify trends and recurring issues to drive improvements through training, reporting, or new operational processes. You oversee and prioritize a queue of projects, analyses, and financial or service-related disputes with customers and carriers. Additionally, you create and follow up on recurring reports to proactively detect delivery, cost,



or margin risks. You serve as a key client contact, addressing transportation needs and concerns, while also handling manual transportation tasks and developing tools and SOPs to streamline or automate future operations.

Requirements:
- Conversational English (B2, C1, C2). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in transportation audit, with a focus on parcel and LTL
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software tools
- Experience in a 3PL or e-commerce environment
