What you will do
The Quality Order Specialist is responsible for reading drawings in a technical format (.dxf) and compare against the original purchase order. This role will also be responsible for auditing and correcting pricing for each work order.
Job Expectations
- Reviews purchase orders and blueprints, confirms specs and pricing accuracy.
- Troubleshoots potential problems with drawing with customer service team and measure technicians for corrections and clarification.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
- Maintain and update Job Tracker (in-house CRM).

What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
Required
- +1 year experience reading blueprints
- Experience working with software similar to AutoCAD
- Ability to pass a background check
Desired
- Experience working in an environment without direct supervision.
Knowledge
Required
- Technical knowledge to read blueprints or CAD produced drawings
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Desired
- Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops
Language

- Proficient in English (read and write)

What we do offer
Wage Range:
The starting range for this position is between 180.000 - 250.000 MXN per year
