Role Objective

We are seeking a certified Project Manager to join our team and lead complex, high-impact projects across our growing organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced,



deadline-intensive environment.

Responsibilities/Duties

Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams including technology implementations, process improvements, client service enhancements, and operational initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder updates with clear communication and documentation
- Manage project schedules, track milestones, and proactively address obstacles to keep initiatives on track
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal staff, operations, IT, HR, and external vendors

Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing expectations and maintaining alignment across all stakeholders
