Your Contribution:
As a Process Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring process efficiency and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and support daily plant operations.- Support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and process-related issues
- Develop and update process documentation and work instructions
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams




- Participate in process validation and standardization activities
- Monitor process performance indicators and follow up on improvement actions

Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- General metrology knowledge and ability to interpret mechanical drawings
- Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar)
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Organized with strong follow-up and execution skills
