About the company
A company that designs, develops, and manufactures interior finishes and complex kinematic assemblies for the world’s most recognized automotive brands. These critical components are managed through an intricate global network of responsive supply chains, delivered Just-In-Time (JIT) to their respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) production facilities.

We are looking for a highly skilled General Accountant to join our finance team at our plant in Mexico. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and alignment with global corporate standards in a highly audited environment.

What you’ll do?
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS)
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican tax regulations (VAT, income tax, withholdings)
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee payroll accounting (IMSS, Infonavit, taxes)
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Report financials to global teams in English




- Participate in ERP/SAP and process improvement projects

What we’re looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)
- 5-8 years of experience in general accounting
- +3 years of experience in automotive industry(mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican tax regulations
- ERP experience + advanced Excel
- Advanced English (you’ll work with global teams)

- Base salary: MXN $30,000 - $35,000 gross per month
