Excavation Marketing Pros is a fast-moving, growing digital marketing agency serving excavation and septic contractor businesses. We're looking for a technical, detail-oriented operations leader to serve as the founder’s right hand in overseeing production, automations, and client delivery.

This is not a basic project manager role.

We are looking for someone who can see the big picture while also catching the small details that can cause major problems if missed. You will play a key role in making sure client services are delivered on time, systems are working properly, teams stay aligned, and accounts are producing the results they should.

You should be the kind of person who notices when something feels off, investigates it, finds the root cause, and gets it fixed.

What This Role Will Do

This role will oversee the moving parts that keep our agency running smoothly across client fulfillment and internal operations.

You will help manage production inside ClickUp, serve as the liaison between account management and web development, help oversee AI and automation systems,



and make sure our client delivery across websites, CRM systems, ads support, and automations is functioning the way it should.

You will work directly with the founder and become a key player in helping us maintain high standards, solve technical issues, and create a more organized, efficient agency.

Responsibilities
- Oversee production workflows and task management inside ClickUp
- Make sure deadlines, deliverables, and internal follow-up are staying on track
- Act as the liaison between account managers and web developers
- Help ensure websites, CRM systems, automations, and related client services are working properly
- Identify breakdowns, missed steps, and operational bottlenecks before they affect client results
- Spot “needle in the haystack” style issues that others may overlook
- Troubleshoot technical issues across GoHighLevel, automations, workflows, integrations, and related syste
