The Opportunity

The S&T; Commercial Deployment Lead is a manager S&T; deployment leadership role responsible for translating commercial business strategy into scalable digital capabilities across sales, route-to-market, distribution,



and customer-facing ecosystems. This role acts as the primary bridge between Commercial functions, general teams and Technology, ensuring that enterprise platforms, digital tools, and innovation programs are effectively deployed to enable business growth, operational efficiency, and transformational change.

Operating within a high-complexity, large-scale environment, this leader oversees the end-to-end deployment of commercial technology initiatives that impact thousands of frontline users, distribution centers, and field execution routes. The position combines strategic roadmap ownership, deployment execution, business relationship management, and innovation leadership to ensure technology investments produce measurable business outcomes.
