We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Production Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

The Production Process Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing existing manufacturing processes to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and implement best practices.



This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and reliable production system while enhancing efficiency, quality, and output. A key part of this role will be supporting new product introduction (NPI) to ensure smooth transitions from design to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with process documents, including working instructions, workmanship standards, and process flow charts.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities to enhance production rates, efficiency, and yield.
- Implement mistake-proofing solutions and effective line-balancing strategies to optimize the manufacturing process.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams on quality and safety initiatives, including FPY (First Pass Yield), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory) metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis (Cpk, Ppk, GR&R;) to ensure process capability and quality standards
