NAPS is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control Analyst (QCA) to join our team supporting credit card and financial service products.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating customer-facing applications, websites, payment portals, and internal systems before they are released to end users. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure new products, enhancements, and updates function properly and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manual testing, quality assurance, business operations, product support, or project-based environments who enjoy identifying issues, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do
- Execute manual testing of new products, system enhancements, websites, mobile applications, and customer-facing tools.
- Review business requirements and create test plans to validate functionality.
- Perform testing in staging and sandbox environments before product launches.
- Identify,



document, and report defects, issues, and inconsistencies.
- Track testing activities and project progress using project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients throughout project implementation and testing cycles.
- Maintain detailed documentation, testing results, and project records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements, testing results, and implementation plans.
- Support onboarding efforts for new clients and new product initiatives.
- Ensure products and services meet quality standards before deployment.
