- Lead governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of HP’s pricing and CPQ technology ecosystem
- Own and manage prioritization of CPQ and pricing tool enhancements
- Serve as primary business liaison with Enterprise Operations, IT, product owners, and platform teams
- Troubleshoot tool issues, elevate critical blockers, and follow up on performance, stability, cybersecurity, and reliability opportunities
- Define and maintain enhancement backlogs with business justification, benefits, priority, scope, impact, dependencies, and success criteria
- Partner with regional pricing operations, bid desk, category, sales operations, and transformation teams to capture pain points and validate requirements
- Lead governance forums covering performance, issues, change requests, release priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Monitor and improve end-to-end CPQ and pricing tool performance
- Balance enhancement priorities across transformation, efficiency, experience, compliance, automation, and AI-readiness
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, release readiness,



change management, communications, and post-release validation
- Develop and track operational metrics, dashboards, and scorecards
- Provide functional guidance, training support, and escalation management to regional teams and business users
- Promote standardization and governance across pricing tool processes
- Identify opportunities to automate manual work, simplify workflows, improve data quality, and strengthen Lead-to-Quote experience
- Lead projects impacting large functions and multiple HP disciplines

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- Typically 10+ years of experience in pricing operations, CPQ tools, commercial organization, operations, business process optimization, product ownership, or technology-enabled transformation
- Experience working with integral or regional pricing tea
