El Técnico en Aires Acondicionados y Refrigeración es responsable de realizar la instalación, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, diagnóstico y reparación de los sistemas de refrigeración, ventilación, aire acondicionado y calefacción en las diferentes áreas del Resort.
Garantiza el funcionamiento óptimo, eficiente y confiable de los equipos e instalaciones bajo su responsabilidad, contribuyendo al confort de huéspedes y colaboradores y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos, técnicos y de seguridad establecidos.
Asimismo, administra de manera responsable y oportuna los recursos materiales,
herramientas y suministros, contribuyendo al mantenimiento, conservación y óptimo funcionamiento de las instalaciones del Resort.
Role
The Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, and heating systems throughout the Resort.
Ensures the optimal, efficient, and safe operation of all equipment and facilities under their responsibility, contributing to the comfort and well-being of both guests and colleagues while ensuring compliance with established operational, technical, and safety standards.
Additionally, responsibly and efficiently manages materials, tools, and supplies, contributing to the proper maintenance, preservation, and optimal operation of the Resort’s facilities.
