Edelman is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Mexico, with a strong focus on Employee Engagement and Internal Communications.

We’re looking for an integrated communications professional who understands how to turn business priorities into clear, compelling communications that connect with employees and other key stakeholders.





The idóneo candidate brings solid experience developing and executing internal communications programs, combined with a broader understanding of Corporate Communications and PR. This person should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, collaborating with different specialties and working directly with clients in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Do

Support the development and execution of employee engagement and internal communications strategies and campaigns.
Translate business priorities, organizational changes and complex information into relevant and engaging communications for employees.
Develop content across internal channels and formats, including newsletters, leadership communications, emails, presentations, talking points, town halls, intranet content and campaign materials.
Support corporate communications and PR initiatives, including messaging, media materials, executive communications and external content when required.
