Position/Job Purpose
Develop Mexican markets with due knowledge and experience within a short period of time.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Understand market needs, identify potential opportunities and proactively participate in marketing and the product development cycle.
Initiate credit business, project financing and syndication loans for commercial banking customers.
Under the instruction of department head, lead the business development team to penetrate further into existing clients, increasing BOC's share of wallet.
Under the instruction of department head, lead the business development team to gain market share by proactively winning business from new clients.
Supervise the activities of the business development team and ensure that they adhere to the defined policies and procedures.
Participate in the definition of performance metrics for the sales team and incentives.




Control the execution and results of the business development process.

Experience and Knowledge
Bachelor degree above.
Experience in corporate banking business.
Familiar and experience in project financing, syndicated/bilateral loan.
Solid knowledge and market intelligence on corporate banking business in Mexican market.
Preferably with the working experience in the Asian financing institution.
Strong teamwork ethic.
Good communication/presentation skills in English.
