This role is responsible for leading a high-performing Billing team that consistently delivers excellence through accuracy, speed, collaboration, and accountability. As a key operational leader, you will help drive business performance while developing talent, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do
Lead and support Billing Executives in daily operations.
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and delivery.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and SLA compliance.
Coordinate activities with local stations, overseas agents, and transportation providers.
