Role
The Spa Receptionist at Amanvari is the first and last point of contact in each guest’s spa journey, playing an essential role in creating a sense of calm, care, and effortless hospitality. The Spa Receptionist takes full ownership of every guest interaction, ensuring a warm, discreet, and seamless experience that reflects Amanvari’s commitment to excellence.
As a key member of the Spa team, the Spa Receptionist is responsible for managing reservations, thoughtfully recommending treatments and products, and maintaining the presentation and organization of the spa reception and retail areas.



The role works closely with Spa Therapists, the Wellness team, and management to ensure seamless operations and highly personalized service.
Through genuine care, attention to detail, and a calm and welcoming presence, the Spa Receptionist helps create an environment where every guest can disconnect from the outside world, reconnect with themselves, and experience the Spa as a true sanctuary of peace and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service from arrival through departure, recognizing guests by name and creating a warm, calm, and discreet experience.
Provide knowledgeable guidance on spa and wellness offerings, including treatments, products, packages, and experiences, while making thoughtful recommendations based on each guest’s preferences and needs.
Manage spa reservations and appointments accurately, optimizing occupancy and therapist availability through the effective use of spa mana
