As a Senior Engineer I, Electromechanical Design, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of electromechanical products and subsystems for low-voltage electrical distribution equipment. By integrating mechanical and electrical engineering principles, you will create innovative, reliable, and manufacturable solutions that address customer requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

You will contribute to the development of power distribution products, leveraging advanced engineering analysis, simulation, testing, and validation methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.

As a technical contributor with specialized expertise, you will solve complex engineering challenges, support new product development initiatives, conduct technical investigations, and drive product improvements. You will also provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers, participate in design reviews, and help ensure engineering quality, consistency, and compliance across projects.

Drive technical activities throughout the product development lifecycle, including concept generation, feasibility assessment, detailed design, validation, industrialization, and product launch.
Support technology roadmaps and contribute to the development of innovative product features and design approaches.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
