What will you do?

Support end-to-end recruitment process in talent acquisition Early Career team by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
Support offer and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Assist with university relations initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding activities
Provide follow-up and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What qualifications will make you successful?

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, graduating in December 2027 or later
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency is required




Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences
Graduation Date: December 2027 or later
