- Sets day-to-day goals and objectives for team members.:
- Explains policies, practices, and procedures.

Supervises execution of plans, guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure the achievement of quality targets.

Drives elements of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.

Provides oversight for quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.

Supervises the collection and analysis of quality information from multiple sources for use in the development of long-term

quality strategy and programs.

Reviews production processes and analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality

improvement.

Prerequisites:
English proficiency 90%
Bachelor degree from appropriate disciplines
Basic ISO9000 / AS9100 knowledge
GD&T; Knowledge
Visa required, travel availability, preferred ASQ CQE, CQA, etc.,
May have Project Management & Measurement Equipment knowledge
