JHands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization,

metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).

Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side

JavaScript modules and third-party libraries.

Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize

development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.

Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge

management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications

Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs

in ServiceNow

Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system

clone, upgrades in ServiceNow

Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications
Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery,



JavaScript and any web-based development tools
Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration
Hands on experience on working with Rest API’s
A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management
Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow
Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline.
