Key Responsibilities And Main Activities

The main responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer include studying the requirements of each production process and product, as well as determining the most efficient operations according to those requirements.
Evaluate manufacturing processes.
Develop effective automated and non-automated systems.
Test existing or new production procedures.
Support the implementation of manufacturing processes that result in high-quality products.
Apply knowledge of tooling design and manufacturing methods.
Demonstrate project management ability, quality commitment, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards (environmental analysis).




Ensure production lines operate efficiently and effectively to meet customer requirements.
Evaluate manufacturing processes according to quality criteria such as efficiency and speed.
Study machinery and production requirements.
Identify ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.
Train personnel in both current and new processes.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Update systems and processes with new technology.
Manage Oracle systems.
Interpret customer drawings and specification requirements.
Verify circuit dimensions during first-piece production.
Verify material quantities in the Oracle system against customer drawings.
Knowledge of harness manufacturing from wire stamping to final inspection.
Create production operation documentation and implement process improvements.
Review board drawings against blueprints.
Design FMEAs.
