Position Summary

Parker is looking for an Automation Trainee to join our manufacturing team and support the development and implementation of industrial automation projects.



This role is adecuado for students in their final semesters or recent graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in automation, robotics, controls, and continuous improvement within a global manufacturing environment.

The Automation Trainee will support the development, implementation, and follow-up of industrial automation projects within manufacturing areas. This role will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Safety, and external suppliers to support the integration of automated solutions that improve process efficiency, reduce operational risks, enhance employee safety, and strengthen plant productivity.

During the trainee program, the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in industrial automation systems, robotics, controls, sensors, actuators, process analysis, and technical documentation.
