What is your role?

As a Senior Lean Engineer, you will serve as a change agent responsible for promoting cost savings, operational excellence, and Lean transformation across the plant. You will support the implementation of Lean initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and drive projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.

You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Performance Excellence teams to standardize Lean methodologies, develop long-term improvement strategies,



and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of improvement projects across multiple business units and functions.

Develop and maintain a 3 to 5-year Lean roadmap aligned with plant objectives and strategic priorities.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean methodologies.
Promote Lean transformation by selecting and implementing appropriate Lean tools to support long-term business goals.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership regarding status, risks, and action plans.
Develop and deliver professional presentations in both English and Spanish to communicate project results and recommendations.
Ensure Lean best practices and lessons learned are effectively implemented across all applicable functions and departments.
