As a Maintenance Manager at Koch Engineered Solutions, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing maintenance and facility operations at our new start-up facility in Monterrey. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the overall productivity of the site.

What You Will Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs utilizing the general EAM system to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
Oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of all plant equipment, tooling and systems.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to support the facility's operational objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment issues promptly and effectively.
Manage spendings for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment reliability.
Stay informed about the latest maintenance technologies and best practices, implementing relevant advancements when appropriate.
Build and maintain relationships with equipment and service vendors to support plant equipment.
