Netradyne is bringing the industry’s leading AI-powered fleet safety platform to Mexico, and we are hiring our first Solutions Engineer dedicated to this market. This is a founding role: you will be the technical voice of Netradyne in Mexico, owning the pre-sales technical motion for direct enterprise opportunities, serving as the technical enablement lead for our channel partners, and driving expansion within our existing enterprise customers.

Working alongside the Channel Sales Manager – Mexico and reporting into the Integral Solutions Engineering organization, the Solutions Engineer will lead discovery, deliver customized demonstrations,



design and execute proofs of concept, scope API and telematics integrations, guide hardware deployment planning, and translate Netradyne’s vision-based safety technology into measurable business outcomes for fleet operators. The role blends deep technical credibility with commercial acumen and requires the judgment to operate with significant autonomy in an emerging market.

This position is ideal for a technical seller who wants to build something rather than inherit it, who is energized by ambiguity, and who wants a direct line to product, engineering, and leadership while shaping how Netradyne wins in Latin America.

Essential Functions:

Time allocation is expected to be approximately 70% direct pre-sales solutions engineering, 20% channel partner technical enablement, and 10% customer expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
