MATERIAL PLANNER

Your responsibilities
- Creation of Purchase order and general agreements
- Handling of non-production & production part procurement
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Material shortage Management
- Creation and analyzing of Supplier Forecasts
- Supplier evaluation
- Processing of ramp up scenarios for new products and/ or suppliers
- Processing EOP parts discontinuation
- Follow up of Change Management
- Follow up on Logistics requirement of IEE suppliers
- Follow up on IEE KPI’s e.g. material availability
- Monitoring of Inventory levels for production parts
- SAP User for Module MM (Material Management)

Your profile
- EducationIndustrial engineer . Degree in Finance ,Business administration or related




- 1 – 3 years experience in equivalent position; automotive experience is an asset
- SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules MM) (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) are considered assets
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Fluency in English is required. German and French are considered as assets
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
