About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner supporting the Americas region, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, driving talent acquisition strategy, recruitment operations excellence,



and data-driven decision making. You will play a key role in shaping hiring outcomes, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive projects toward completion (Strong Excel experience required).
- Ability to successfully analyse data to tell the story, utilizing Power BI, Excel, Workforce analytics and similar tools.
- Ensure compliant recruiting practices are adhered to through reviewing and implementing regional governance.
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to HRBPs and business leaders across the Americas.
